Are you our new Deputy Principal for Guteskolan's Preschools?

For the fall semester of 2025, we are seeking a Deputy Principal at 75% for Guteskolan's preschool operations.

As Deputy Principal, you are a central part of the school's management organization. You support the Principal in everything from pedagogical development work to administration and personnel matters.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who preferably has a preschool teacher education or has previously worked in a leading position.

As a person, we seek someone who is flexible and finds it easy to collaborate. You are good at communicating and can inspire both students and colleagues. We want you to enjoy working both independently and in teams.

To succeed in the role, you need to enjoy working with children and staff. Be engaged in their daily work and learning. You need to be structured and clear while also being responsive.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

About Guteskolan's preschool operations

Guteskolan's preschool operations consist of 3 units, which are independent preschools within Guteskolan AB.

Slottsparken Preschool

Fröet Preschool

Väduren Preschool (4 departments)

In our preschools, we have approximately 130 children and about 30 staff.

Any profit made by Guteskolan AB is fully reinvested in the operations.

Probationary employment of 6 months applies
