To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience working independently with your own customer responsibility in ongoing payroll management, accounting, and financial statements – from an accounting or bookkeeping firm.

About the role:
The position is full-time at 100% and is divided into 50% payroll administration and 50% accounting.
Your tasks will be as follows:
• Payroll administration
• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and payable
• VAT and tax returns
• Preparations for financial statements
• Support to senior colleagues in more advanced tasks
• You will have contact with clients, be part of internal improvement projects, and have the opportunity to grow in your role as you develop.
• Analyze client needs and contribute with solutions
• Advisory services in accounting and financial management
• Build strong and trusting client relationships
• Participate in the development of efficient and digital working methods
We are looking for someone who:
• Has post-secondary education in payroll/accounting/finance
• At least 5 years of experience as a payroll and accounting consultant, preferably from a firm
• Payroll experience, commission calculation
• Experience with foreign payroll (EU Spain)
• Vacation calculations
• Reporting to authorities
• Experience with various collective agreements
• Is meticulous, structured, and likes to take responsibility
• Has a strong work ethic, is accurate, and delivers on time
• Thrives in a digital and development-oriented work environment
• Has good communication skills in Swedish (both spoken and written)
• System experience from Fortnox, Björn Lunden, and Visma Lön 600
• Is a natural problem solver – analytical, curious, and self-driven
