Do you want to be part of an exciting and expanding company? We are now looking for a dedicated supervisor who is passionate about integration and helping people find jobs and education.

As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers toward employment and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

• are passionate about helping people
• are comfortable with administrative tasks
• are communicative
• are results-oriented
• master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Requirements for the supervisor's competence

Option 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits under the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in the fields of: Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business administration, education, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or social work education.
• At least two years of full-time work experience within the last five years (in any field).

Option 2

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of full-time work experience in the following profession or tasks: Management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, personnel affairs processing, work with working life and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, education.
