As a supervisor, you are responsible for planning activities and guiding job seekers towards employment and studies.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you

• master Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

Requirements for the supervisor's competence

Alternative 1

• At least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from a vocational college in the areas of: Working life, organization and personnel work, study and career guidance, business administration, pedagogy, work psychology, behavioral science, occupational therapy, or social work education.
• At least two years of full-time work experience during the last five years (in any field).

Alternative 2

• At least one year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade.
• At least three years of full-time work experience in the following professions or tasks: management with personnel responsibility, recruitment, redundancy work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel matters, work with working life and labor market issues, work with social and group psychology, career guidance, pedagogy.
