One of our valued team members is taking the next step within Topbostäder, so we are now looking for a customer receptionist to join our team. In customer reception, you are the first point of contact for tenants - via phone, email, and visits - and you make a real difference through professional service with high standards and availability.
Your main tasks include managing the rental process - from lease termination to the new tenant picking up the keys.
Together with your colleagues in the team, you are responsible for queue management, applications from housing seekers, drafting rental agreements, rental legal issues, notifications, invoicing, debt collection and credit management, handling keys and access systems, documentation, as well as addressing tenant questions and fault reports.
You support our tenants and work closely with other departments to create a positive customer experience. You should feel comfortable in dialogue with tenants on matters concerning safety, neighbor relations, disturbances, and contribute to the well-being of all our customers.
We are looking for someone who:
- communicates clearly and pedagogically, both verbally and in writing
- actively contributes in their work according to our core values: responsibility, good service, respect, and engagement
- has an interest in social housing issues and a professional approach in dialogue regarding safety, well-being, and disturbances
As a person, you are flexible, service-oriented, and highly committed to helping Topbostäder customers with both large and small matters. You are solution-oriented and see collaboration as a natural part of everyday life. You also have integrity and the ability to address tenants professionally in matters concerning social housing issues, such as disturbances and safety measures.
Additionally, you bring:
· completed upper secondary education
· good computer and system skills
· good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
· good knowledge of MS365
· a valid driver's license (B category)
It is meritorious if you also have:
· experience in customer service/case management, rentals, or similar work
· educational experience - for example, being able to explain rules and processes clearly and respectfully
· experience in communication and marketing to work with our website, social media, and other communication channels
A degree in social work or other relevant education/experience deemed equivalent is an extra plus.

We offer internal training and an introduction period.
The position is full-time, daytime with flexible hours. We are centrally located in Gällivare in nice premises with a gym and good benefits, including generous wellness benefits with a wellness hour and additional days off.
