B2B inside sales/administrator for Tiles, Stoneware & Bathrooms – Projects, Architects & Property Owners

Experience with tiles and stoneware is meritorious, whether from retail, project planning, or other relevant parts of the industry.

We work digitally from our new premises on Jägersro in Malmö, where showroom, office, and warehouse are gathered in a modern environment. Customer service, B2B, and marketing form a team of 8 people where collaboration and social dynamics between colleagues are an important part of everyday life.

You do not need to be senior, but you should have a good understanding of the customer, the business, and what drives decisions in projects. You are social, open, and thrive in a non-hierarchical organization with high pace and a clear focus on growth.

The role requires good digital skills – we drive business through our own quotation system as well as external platforms such as Byggfakta. Experience with this is meritorious.

The work involves both digital sales and physical customer meetings in our showroom, which demands a professional and trustworthy demeanor.

We have a subsidiary in Ukraine that functions as a support center and business support, where the team assists with product knowledge, delivery planning, and calculation support. This gives you good conditions to focus on the business and customer relationship.

We are an expansive company with strong growth and are currently active in Sweden and Denmark, with Norway as the next step.
