Are you a skilled mechanic with leadership qualities who thrives in a production-oriented environment? We are now looking for a driven maintenance manager for our fragmentation plant for iron and metal recycling.

About the position

As a maintenance manager with us, you will have a key role in our operational activities. You are responsible for leading and carrying out maintenance as well as repairs of the plant's entire production line. Your mission is to ensure high operational reliability and minimize downtime through proactive work and quick interventions when necessary.

The tasks range from hammer mill to fine mechanics and hydraulic valves.

Your main responsibilities:

• Planning, leading, and carrying out repair and maintenance work.
• Troubleshooting and repairs within mechanics, hydraulics, and welding.
• Ensuring that machines and sorting lines function flawlessly and efficiently.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and has solid experience from heavy industry or similar operations. You are used to working independently but also have the ability to coordinate and lead personnel during major interventions.

We expect you to have:

• Many years of experience in mechanical maintenance, hydraulics, and welding.
• Experience in planning and leading repair projects.
• Good familiarity with machine work.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.

Meriting:

• Previous experience of maintenance on crushers or fragmentation plants.
• Experience in work management or personnel coordination.

Terms and application

• Working hours: The position is scheduled for evening time. Weekend work may occur when necessary to secure production.
• Salary: According to agreement.
