Teltek seeks assembler

Teltek operates in production control. Since 1984, we have developed, manufactured, sold, and serviced primarily automatic scales. Our customers are found worldwide, with a focus on Europe, mainly in the food sector. Our machines are based on proprietary electronics, mechanics, and software, and we distinguish ourselves through our extensive expertise, flexibility, and customer focus. We are currently just under 30 employees in our facilities in Örebro. We are a premium supplier in our niche with long experience and extensive knowledge. At the same time, we are a small company with quick decision-making paths and great opportunities to contribute in many different areas.

We are now looking for a skilled and driven assembler for our production team. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality machines and technical solutions, and be an important part of our manufacturing of customized machines.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble in-house manufactured machines according to drawings. This also includes connecting cables to I/O cards, monitors, and other electrical components in the machine.
• Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to ensure correct installation and functionality.
• If necessary, also solder electronic components and test them to ensure function and quality.
• Manage inventory and materials in collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth workflows.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with mechanical assembly and working with technical drawings (electrical schematics).
• Has experience and good understanding of connecting electrical components.
• It is meritorious if you also have experience with soldering work, testing electronic components, and have worked with manual workshop machines such as pillar drills, lathes, and mills.
