SUMMER JOB AS PROPERTY CARETAKER

We are looking for a summer worker for the period June-August!

Are you a driven and social person who enjoys working outdoors and taking on varied, practical tasks? Then you might be the one we are looking for this summer!

Tasks

* Gardening (lawn mowing, edging, hedge trimming)

* Painting

* Simple fault reports

* Other practical tasks

We are looking for someone who

* Has a class B driving license (REQUIRED)

* Is social and enjoys meeting people

* Is self-motivated and driven, takes own responsibility

* Is service-oriented

* Is solution-oriented and sees opportunities in the work

* Is efficient and loyal

* Is flexible and can adapt to varying working hours

* Has a willingness to develop and learn

* Enjoys working both in a team and independently

* Experience in similar work is a merit

The work is part-time, with periods of more and less activity. You will be in close contact with the property manager about this and it will be adjusted according to the workload.
