Operations Technician

One of our valued employees is moving on to a new role within Topbostäder, and we need to strengthen our team with an operations technician. You will have a varied daily routine with close contact with both tenants and properties, contributing to the smooth functioning of our technical systems and ensuring safe and pleasant living environments. This is what you will work with

- Perform preventive and ongoing maintenance as well as inspections and optimization of heating plants/systems and ventilation installations

- Troubleshoot, rectify, and service technical installations

- Carry out repairs and maintenance in our properties

- Conduct monthly and quarterly tests on fire alarms

We are looking for someone who

• Has a valid driver's license (B)

• Plans and prioritizes their work in a structured manner and enjoys both working independently and in a team

• Has experience as an operations technician and preferably documented education in operations and maintenance

Meritorious

• Electrical qualification/authorization (e.g., B)

• Experience with computerized control and monitoring

• Knowledge of heating and/or ventilation

The position is full-time. We offer internal training and onboarding.
