Experienced property caretakers for on-call work

As a property caretaker, you work with green space and property maintenance of various kinds. You work at our customers' sites and are responsible for ensuring that our residential areas are intact, tidy, and safe. The work is varied and you need to be self-sufficient.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

• Driver's license class B

• To be able to interact well with our customers, it is important that you master the Swedish language.

Your personal qualities

We are looking for someone who has a high sense of service and responsibility and who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You are good at keeping the customer in focus, listening to their needs, and meeting their expectations. You take your own initiative.
