Property Manager sought for Linköping

Avioto is expanding and is looking for a property manager for outdoor service.

The work consists of professional gardening work with maintenance of gardens for housing associations and property owners.

The main tasks will be trimming, weed removal, hedge cutting, and cleaning.

We are looking for a positive and flexible person who enjoys working both in a team and independently. You are service-oriented and can easily build good relationships with customers and colleagues. You are practical, have good physical condition, are meticulous, and have a good sense of quality. You have no problem stepping up during peak workloads.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required.

Plant knowledge and previous experience in gardening work is required.

A driving license class B is a minimum requirement.
