YOUR SKILLS:

• Several years of experience in system development in Java, preferably in large, complex systems.
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Spring/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST, microservices, or similar.
• Knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience working with modern development environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and version control (Git).
• Experience working in agile teams and contributing to improving working methods and processes.
• Ability to take architectural responsibility, understand the big picture, and make technical decisions that affect long-term.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead and supporting other developers in the team.
• Interest in developing in your craft and staying updated on new technologies and working methods.
