We are now looking for a Front Office Manager to help lead our team at the front desk and ensure that every single guest feels seen, welcome, and taken care of. Here, you will combine service, structure, and a smile – and contribute to making the day a little better for both guests and colleagues.

The position is at 75% and involves varying working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Starting according to agreement.


Curious about what the role entails?

  • Daily front desk tasks from check-in to check-out.
  • You handle everything from bookings, payments, and inquiries – all to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Deliver on our guest promise by providing a welcoming atmosphere and reliable service.
  • Actively contribute to the daily operations of the front desk and conference department, and act as a close support and key resource for the conference department.
  • Work toward departmental goals and contribute to upselling and good results.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations manager.
  • Financial responsibility.
  • Staff responsibility for planning work schedules, recruitment, onboarding, as well as ongoing feedback and coaching to develop and support employees in their work.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure good management of guest satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to our success in recruiting new members to our loyalty program.

  • Experience in the hotel industry, customer service, or front desk is meritorious.
