Bar Staff - Tribute to Rock

Do you like rock? Then you should work with us at our festival Tribute to Rock!

This summer, Tribute to Rock rolls into your town on August 14-15, and we are now looking for bar staff for the coolest, boldest, and most fun rock weekend that summer has to offer.

About the role as bar staff

You will work in the heart of the action and be an important part of the guest experience. The pace is high, the energy is high as well – you will work together with a tight-knit team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in bar or service
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people
• Keeps a sharp eye and greets all our guests with a smile
• Above all, has fun at work!

Work duties:

• Serving beer, wine, and other beverages (no complex cocktails)
• Handling cash register and payments
• Preparing the bar before opening (refilling, ice, glasses, etc.)
• Keeping the bar clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Collaborating with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth service flow

As part of the job, you are also expected to participate in dismantling the bars during teardown. This involves simple practical work such as taking down equipment, packing materials, and restoring the area after the event.
