Bar Staff - Tribute to Rock!

Do you like rock? Then you should work with us at our festival Tribute to Rock!

This summer, Tribute to Rock rolls into your city on August 21-22, and we are now looking for bar staff for the coolest, boldest, and most fun weekend of rock that summer can offer.

About the role of bar staff:

You work in the heart of the action and are an important part of the guest experience. The pace is high, and the energy is too – you work together as a tight-knit team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in bar or food service
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people
• Keeps their head up and meets all our guests with a smile
• Above all, has fun at work!

Job responsibilities:

• Serve beer, wine, and other drinks (no advanced cocktails)
• Handle the cash register and payments
• Prepare the bar for opening (restocking, ice, glassware, etc.)
• Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a smooth service flow

As part of the job, you are also expected to participate in dismantling the bars during the demolition phase. This involves simpler practical work such as removing equipment, packing materials, and restoring the area after the event.
