Production Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a staff member for our production kitchen in Fiskebäck.

In our production kitchen we prepare and produce items and dishes sold in our fish truck.

We make fish cakes, casseroles, soups, pickled herring, seafood spreads, sauces, etc.

We are looking for a 50% staff member.

You work three days a week.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday starting at 9 a.m. until the day's tasks are completed.

A driver's license is required, and we appreciate it if you are comfortable in a large kitchen.

About us:

We are Kullaviks Fisk & Skaldjur and we have two fish trucks. We sell fish and seafood in Kullavik Centrum and in Hjällbo Centrum.

We start from Göteborgs fish harbor and go to Kullavik/Hjällbo centrum. There we have sold fresh fish and seafood to loyal customers for over 40 years.

4-5 people work full-time with sales and an additional 2 people work with production of fish casseroles, seafood spreads, and pickled herring.

We are a family-owned company and we are passionate about selling fresh fish and seafood, and everything that goes with it, to our wonderful customers.
