Restaurant Assistant wanted (extra/part-time)

We are now looking for an engaged restaurant assistant to join our team. The position is an extra/part-time employment with the possibility of more hours depending on experience, work effort and need.

About the position

The work includes usual tasks in the kitchen such as preparation of raw materials, basic food prep, as well as dishwashing and cleaning. You will be an important part of the kitchen team and contribute to maintaining high quality and good order in the kitchen.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen
• Good knowledge of raw material handling and preparation
• Experience working with knives and preferably a slicing machine
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time pressure
• Detail-oriented, structured and with a good sense of hygiene and cleanliness
• Experience from an Italian restaurant is an advantage
