Gammelgården is well-known and appreciated for its gastronomy, where game and fish from north of the Dalälven river form the basis of our food philosophy. We have been nominated several times for the award as Sweden's best game restaurant, and on two occasions we have had the honor of winning.

We are now looking for a dedicated and passionate Sous Chef who wants to become an important part of our kitchen team.
In the role of Sous Chef, you work closely with the Head Chef and play a central role in daily operations. You are involved in menu planning, dish development, and ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen maintains the highest quality – both in taste and visually.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience from a similar role in the kitchen
- Is passionate about cooking and high-quality ingredients
- Is structured, solution-oriented, and able to handle stress
- Enjoys working in a team and has the ability to lead others
- Wants to contribute with creativity, commitment, and new ideas
