Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced chef who is confident in the kitchen and has a strong understanding of ingredients, especially meat. You do not need experience in Asian cooking – we can teach that to the right person. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, work ethic, and sense of quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to KOMO's menu, focusing on premium meat and Asian flavors.
  • Master wok techniques to ensure authentic preparation.
  • Handle and prepare premium cuts of meat with precision and care.
  • Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that hygiene and health standards are always followed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Take responsibility for food quality, portion control, and timely service during each shift.

Qualifications:

• At least 3–5 years of experience as a chef

• Good knowledge of meat handling and preparation

• Structured and organized in your work

• Good knowledge of food safety

• Able to handle high pace and responsibility

• Speaks Swedish or English
