Åtellet, which has been around since 2009, is now looking for a summer substitute for our bar (June 1 - August 30). We are a popular à la carte restaurant that cooks from scratch and would rather have the customer say "wow" when the food plate is served than have the guest not understand what is on the menu. We have some classics on our menu but are happy to prepare the dish with an "Åtellet twist". Now we are approaching summer, and the "city" of Norrtälje comes to life, and our outdoor seating area, located right where the Norrtälje bay turns into a stream, is one of the most popular places to eat a good meal, have a refreshing drink, or just enjoy a cup of coffee. At Åtellet, there is also a large bar with a lounge area, 22 hotel rooms, 3 conference rooms, and about 80 seats outdoors and 90 seats indoors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about drinks in all forms. It should be as natural to talk to our guests about a good wine as it is to shake a good cocktail. The position includes both day/evening and weekends. You should be stress-resistant, cooperative, self-sufficient, and flexible.
