Guests come here to enjoy relaxed evenings, lunches in the sun, and dinners with a view of the sea. We serve food made with care, seasonal ingredients, and a focus on flavor, quality, and a pleasant overall experience.
We are now looking for a sous chef for the summer season of 2026.
About the role
As a sous chef, you have an important role in the kitchen and are responsible for daily operations. You ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly from preparation to service, with a focus on quality, pace, and structure.
You work in the kitchen yourself while planning, placing orders, and maintaining routines. During service, you lead the work, delegate tasks, and ensure the team works together efficiently. You are the one who holds the kitchen together when it is busiest.
About you
You enjoy working with food and want every dish sent out to be of high quality, both in taste and presentation. You are meticulous, like order, and have respect for ingredients and hygiene.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident in your role, and find it easy to lead others in a clear and positive way. You are a team player who brings energy to the kitchen and sees solutions when things get hectic.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 1–3 years of experience from à la carte kitchens
- Is accustomed to working in service and taking responsibility in the kitchen
- Has knowledge of planning, ordering, and structure
- Is flexible, solution-oriented, and a good colleague
About the position:
Scope: Full-time 100% (summer season 2026, start according to agreement)
Salary: According to agreement
Working hours: Days, evenings, and weekends
