Service Staff for Mormors Bistro, Öland

Mormors Bistro is located at the harbor in Stora Rör on Öland – a place where summer, sea, and good food meet.

Guests come here to enjoy relaxed evenings, lunches in the sun, and dinners with a view over the water. We create an environment that feels warm, personal, and relaxed – but where the service always maintains a high level.

We are now looking for service staff for the 2026 season – both for summer jobs and as needed.

About the position

As service staff with us, you are an important part of the guest experience and the restaurant's public face. You work in a lively environment where pace, service, and quality are in focus.

Your duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that every guest has a smooth and memorable experience.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in service and people
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle stress well
• Is meticulous and attentive to details
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and a team player
• Has a positive attitude and contributes good energy

Meritorious:

• 1–3 years of experience from restaurant or service
• Experience in à la carte service
• Interest in food and drinks
