Job Duties

• Prepare traditional Chinese dishes according to the company's menu and standards

• Prepare ingredients, marinades, sauces, and specialty items
• 
  
• Handle wok, frying, steaming, and other Chinese cooking methods
• 
  
• Plan and organize kitchen work during service
• 
  
• Ensure proper hygiene and compliance with Swedish food regulations
• 
  
• Contribute to the development of new dishes and menus

At least 2 years of documented experience as a chef in Chinese cuisine

Good knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, spices, and ingredients

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Accuracy, responsibility, and good teamwork skills
