Working hours 10 PM - 7 AM - rotating 5/2 schedule

Your role

We are now looking for assistant nurses for the night shift who want to contribute to our customers being able to stay in their homes with safety, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.

The role includes performing care and service tasks in the customer's home and taking responsibility.

Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high demands on accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations.

We are also looking for employees for on-call work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year.

As an assistant nurse with us, you work to enable our customers to remain in their homes with safety, dignity, and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism, and presence.

We are also looking for staff for on-call work as needed. We operate 365 days a year.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is an assistant nurse and has a professional attitude towards the profession and the meeting with the customer. The position requires:

• Protected professional title as an assistant nurse issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare

• Manual driver's license B and driving experience

• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner

• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the big picture in the assignment

• Stability and resilience, with the ability to handle varied working days

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Basic knowledge of cooking and housekeeping

Experience from home care or similar activities is meritorious but not a requirement.
