Delivery Manager

Holsby Metall AB is a well-established company with stable market positions in the automotive, hydraulics, telecom, and construction industries. HMAB provides customers with durable components made from hot-pressed aluminum and brass, as well as extruded aluminum. Our two state-of-the-art factories are located in Vetlanda and Holsbybrunn. Today, the company has a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million and employs around 100 people.

Who are you?

As a Delivery Manager, you will interact with many of our employees, customers, and suppliers, requiring you to communicate clearly, directly, and simply. You like to keep things organized and in order.

Taking personal responsibility comes naturally to you, and you work equally successfully independently as together with your colleagues. You are comfortable maintaining a high pace and have no problem juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. We also appreciate if you enjoy driving improvement projects within your areas of responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

· Preparation of outbound shipments for loading

· EDI notifications

· Planning and booking transport in various booking systems

· Reporting and follow-up on delivery reliability

· Outbound shipments and invoicing

· Ordering some consumables

· Other transport planning

Requirement for previous experience with the Monitor ERP system.
