Maintenance Engineer
Description
About us
Syvab AB owns and operates Himmerfjärdsverket – one of Sweden's largest wastewater treatment plants, beautifully situated by the Baltic Sea in southern Botkyrka. Every day we treat wastewater from approximately 350,000 people in southwestern Greater Stockholm.
Our mission is clear: to protect the Baltic Sea and contribute to a more sustainable society. Therefore, we continuously invest in new technology and development projects. We are currently undergoing a major reconstruction including membrane filtration and cascade nitrogen removal. The new facility will be fully completed in 2027 and will meet both increased load and stricter future purification requirements.
Environment and sustainability permeate everything we do. In addition to treating water, we also manage our residual products and refine them into biogas and bio-mulch. At Syvab, we are around 65 committed employees working together for the next generation.
Do you want a meaningful job where your skills make a real difference? We are now looking for a maintenance engineer.
