We are looking for a lead scaffolder

Are you an experienced scaffolder ready to take the next step and lead a team? We are now looking for a leading scaffolder for our company, where you will have a key role in the daily work on projects.

About the position

As a lead scaffolder, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and participating in the practical work of assembling and dismantling scaffolding. You will drive a service vehicle, distribute work within the team, and ensure the job is done efficiently, safely, and according to our quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in scaffolding assembly
• Is self-driven and possesses leadership qualities
• Is in good physical shape and enjoys physically demanding work
• Is responsible and solution-oriented
• Has a valid driver's license for car (required)
• Speaks Swedish (required)

Meritorious:

• STIB or equivalent training
• Experience leading teams
• Lift certificate / fall protection training
