Nkraft Bemanning continues to grow and is now seeking experienced excavator operators for assignments in Luleå and Boden.
We can arrange accommodation if needed, making this opportunity suitable even for those living elsewhere.
We are looking for someone who is driven, meticulous, and eager to work on projects alongside some of Sweden's leading construction and contracting companies.
About the position
As an excavator operator with us, you will work on diverse projects within earthworks and civil engineering. You are responsible for operating and handling the excavator safely and efficiently, while playing a key role in on-site production.
Work may be scheduled daytime Monday through Friday or shift work (7/7) depending on the project.
Job duties
- Operate excavators in earthworks and civil engineering projects
- Excavation, grading, and material handling
- Perform daily inspections and basic machine maintenance
- Work according to drawings, setting out, and instructions
- Collaborate with site managers, supervisors, and other trades
- Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace
We are looking for someone who
- Has an excavator operator certificate or apprenticeship record
- Has previous experience as an excavator operator
- Has a valid driver's license (Class B)
- Is self-motivated, responsible, and solution-oriented
- Thrives working in a team
Meritorious:
- Experience with GPS/machine control
Employment conditions
- Work location: Luleå & Boden
- Working hours: Monday–Friday or 7/7
- Start: As agreed
- Salary according to collective agreement
