Ground Worker - Seasonal

We are looking for Ground Workers for the 2026 Season

We are recruiting ground workers for the season starting in July 2026. Join us in contributing to the development of sustainable energy supply, future industries, and robust infrastructure in Boden and northern Sweden.

As a ground worker, you will handle various types of earthwork and construction tasks. This may include surface layer work, pipe laying, excavation, and filling. Additional tasks such as paving, stone setting, and green area construction may also occur.

The work takes place outdoors year-round, so you must thrive under varying weather conditions and appreciate physical labor. The role requires good physical fitness.

Our projects vary in size, meaning you will sometimes work independently and sometimes with colleagues in smaller or larger teams. Collaboration is key—everyone works towards the same goal: delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone curious and interested in earthwork and construction. Previous experience is an advantage but not required. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have the ability to travel to the workplace.

You are a person who can both work independently and collaborate with others. We value contributions to a safe and respectful work environment where everyone is treated equally.

Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday
