Supervisor for Demolition Projects

NKR Demolition AB is now seeking a working supervisor for demolition in various projects in Skåne. If you have experience in demolition and good communication skills, this could be the role for you!

Job Duties

We are looking for an experienced and driven supervisor. You will assist the project manager in leading, coordinating, and executing our demolition projects. You are a working supervisor and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The role includes:

• Working with light and heavy demolition
• Carrying out work preparation
• Coordinating and communicating with all parties involved
• Supervising and delegating tasks
• Participating in quality controls and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor in demolition or related fields
• Fluent in Swedish or another Nordic language and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Knowledgeable in construction and environmental legislation, including work environment laws and safety regulations

Meriting:

• Certification in Bas-U/Bas-P
