Construction Administrator at JB Villan

JB Villan is now looking for an engaged and structured construction administrator with good insight into the construction process. About the position

As a construction administrator at JB Villan, you work with administrative and coordinating tasks in our construction projects. You are a resource in the projects and work closely with other employees at JB Villan to ensure quality, structure and follow-up.

Common tasks

• Orders related to customer-unique houses
• Delivery monitoring and delivery checks using digital systems
• Administrative work for construction meetings
• Administration regarding final inspections and follow-up
• Other construction administration through the various stages of projects

Your background

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the construction process, for example through:

• Experience as a carpenter or other practical role in construction, or
• Education in construction, e.g. construction engineer or construction technician

The most important thing is not your title, but that you understand how construction projects work in practice and how administration and production interact.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital systems
