Floor Layer

We are strengthening our organization and are therefore looking for a floor layer to join our team. With us, you will have a practical and varied job where you contribute to our apartments and premises maintaining a high standard, both in maintenance and during renovations. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, enjoys delivering a neat result, and thrives working closely with both colleagues and tenants.

The role involves a varied daily routine with many customer contacts. You are:

- an important part of the tenants' experience and make a real difference – every day.

- meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working in occupied environments. Our assignments range from planned renovations to urgent cases. You often work with tenants staying in place and meet them with service-mindedness, sensitivity, and a professional approach.

- you ensure quality, order, and good service in interactions with tenants and document completed work.

- enjoy delivering a truly neat final result.

What you will work with

· Laying and replacing floors in apartments and premises (e.g., plastic flooring, vinyl, and laminate)

· Preparing surfaces for flooring: demolition, leveling/screeding, grinding, moisture/level checks, and slopes where required

We are looking for someone who has:

· experience in floor laying and groundwork

· GVK certification

· a valid driver's license (B-class)

Meriting:

· trade certificate or documented vocational education in floor laying

· experience in renovation projects and work in occupied properties
