Painter

We are strengthening our organization and are therefore looking for painters to join our team. With us, you will have a practical and varied job where you contribute to maintaining high standards in our apartments and premises, both in maintenance and during renovations. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, enjoys delivering a neat result, and thrives working closely with both colleagues and tenants.

The role involves a varied workday with many customer contacts. You are:

- an important part of the tenants' experience and make a real difference – every day.

- meticulous, responsible, and thrive working in occupied environments. Here, assignments range from planned renovations to urgent matters. Often you also work with tenants still residing and meet them with a sense of service, responsiveness, and professional demeanor.

- you ensure quality, order, and good service in meetings with tenants and document completed work.

- enjoy delivering a truly neat final result.

This is what you will work with:

· Paint and wallpaper indoors in apartments and premises (walls, ceilings, woodwork), perform touch-up and maintenance painting, as well as outdoor painting.

· Fill, sand, mask, and otherwise prepare surfaces for a durable and neat final result.

We are looking for someone who has

· experience in painting, wallpapering, and preparation work

· a driver's license (B category)

Meriting:

· Vocational certificate or documented vocational education in painting

· Experience in renovation projects and work in occupied properties
