Experienced independent carpenter sought for Gold Town Bygg AB

Gold Town Bygg AB is a construction company operating in the Skellefteå area. We work with renovations, rebuilds, construction services, and other common construction projects for both private individuals and companies.

The company is currently run by myself, and I am now looking for an experienced carpenter who wants to become an important part of the business. Since we are a smaller company, it is important that you are self-sufficient, responsible, and confident in your role.

The right person will have the opportunity to work on varied projects, take great personal responsibility, and be part of the company's continued development.

Job duties

The job duties vary depending on the project and may include:

• Renovations and rebuilds
• Interior and exterior carpentry work
• Construction services for private individuals and companies
• Plastering, framing, paneling, doors, windows, kitchens, and finishing work
• Smaller new constructions and extensions
• Working both independently and together with me on site

The work mainly takes place in Skellefteå and surrounding areas.

We are looking for

We are looking for someone who is experienced, meticulous, and self-sufficient. You should be able to take responsibility for your tasks, see what needs to be done, and perform the work in a professional manner.

You need to thrive in a smaller company where the work can be varied and where flexibility, problem-solving, and personal responsibility are sometimes required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a carpenter/woodworker
• Is self-sufficient and confident in the trade
• Has a category B driver's license
• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Is meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Is service-oriented and can interact with customers professionally
• Is responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented
• Can work both independently and with others
• Has a positive attitude and wants to contribute to a good work environment

A trade certificate is meritorious but not required. The most important thing is that you have the right experience, are reliable, and want to perform work of high quality.
