Experienced self-sufficient carpenter sought on an as-needed basis

Gold Town Bygg AB is a small construction company operating in the Skellefteå area. We primarily work with renovations, conversions, construction services, and small to medium-sized building projects for both private individuals and companies.

The company is currently run by myself, and I am now looking for an experienced and self-sufficient carpenter who can step in as needed when the workload is higher or when projects require more hands on site.

This is suitable for you who may already work in the construction industry, run your own business, have other employment, or are looking for extra work on the side — but who still want the opportunity to take on assignments on an ongoing basis.

Job duties

The job duties may vary depending on the project, but can include:

• Renovations and conversions
• Interior and exterior carpentry work
• Construction services for private and corporate clients
• Assembly, adaptations, and finishing work
• Demolition, framing, plasterboarding, paneling, kitchens, doors, windows, and similar work
• Working both independently and together with me on site

The work primarily takes place in Skellefteå and surrounding areas.

Who are we looking for?

I am looking for someone who is experienced, self-sufficient, and meticulous. Since the company is small, it is important that you can take responsibility, work efficiently, and understand what needs to be done without constant supervision.

You need to be confident in your trade and able to perform common carpentry work in a professional manner.

We are looking for you who:

• Has solid experience as a carpenter/woodworker
• Is self-sufficient and responsible
• Has a valid driver's license (B class)
• Is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is meticulous and has an eye for detail
• Is service-oriented and can interact with customers professionally
• Is flexible and can step in as needed
• Finds it easy to cooperate
• Is solution-oriented and practical

A vocational certificate is meritorious but not required. The most important thing is that you have the right experience, are reliable, and can deliver high-quality work.
