Construction worker sought – Driver's license required

Gold Town Bygg AB is seeking an experienced and practically skilled person in construction and carpentry for work in Skellefteå and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who has worked practically in construction, renovation, carpentry, or similar work. You may have gained your experience in Sweden or in another country. The most important thing is that you are good with your hands, want to work, are meticulous, and have the right attitude.

You do not need to know all Swedish industry regulations from the start. The most important thing is that you have practical experience and are willing to learn how the work should be performed according to Swedish rules and requirements.

Job duties

The work may include, among other things:

• Renovations and alterations
• Indoor and outdoor carpentry work
• Rough framing, plasterboarding, paneling, doors, windows, and simpler construction tasks
• Demolition and preparatory work
• Assembly and finishing work
• Work for both private individuals and companies

You will work together with me and over time be able to take more personal responsibility depending on experience and knowledge.

We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in construction, carpentry, or renovation
• Has a B driver's license
• Is meticulous and responsible
• Has a practical mindset and is solution-oriented
• Is reliable and punctual
• Wants to learn Swedish working methods and industry regulations
• Can work both independently and together with others
• Has a positive attitude and wants to do a good job

Swedish vocational certification is meritorious but not a requirement. Experience from construction work in other countries is also valuable.

You need to be able to communicate at the workplace, but perfect Swedish is not a requirement. The most important thing is that we can understand each other and that you can follow instructions.

Requirements

• B driver's license
• Practical experience in construction, carpentry, or renovation
• Willingness to learn Swedish rules and working methods
