We are looking for a temporary unit manager for our service residence and daily activities in Södertälje.
About the operations
JATC Community Health Care has been running LSS operations for more than 30 years. We offer adults with neuropsychiatric disabilities group housing, service housing, daily activities, and short-term housing. We have facilities in Strängnäs, Järna, Mölnbo, Södertälje, and Nynäshamn.

As a unit manager at JATC, you work close to the operations and are responsible for ensuring that users receive quality activities, implementation plans, ADL and functional assessments of activity ability, planning, follow-up, and compliance. Qualifications
We are looking for someone experienced and confident in the role of unit manager within LSS with at least 2 years of experience with the target group. You are used to working independently and have a strong commitment to the mission and target group. We see that you have a university education suitable for the position according to requirements from the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) to be able to stand on the permit. For example, social worker, occupational therapist, or behavior scientist.
Responsibilities and authorities
You are responsible for following JATC's management system and for daily operations, which includes leading, planning, evaluating, following up, and developing operations towards set goals.
You are responsible for ensuring that applicable agreements, laws, and regulations are complied with.
You are responsible for communication with external actors.
Personal qualities
You see the strength in others' competencies, are communicative, trustworthy, have good coordination and collaboration skills, and build long-term relationships.
You enjoy working both independently and in groups and can easily organize, plan, and prioritize your work. You are confident in your leadership and driven by continuous improvement. Being able to communicate fluently in Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

The position is a temporary replacement until March 2027, with a chance of extension.
Working hours are scheduled for daytime, but evening work may occur.
On-call duty is included in the position; evenings, nights, weekends.
