We are looking for a results-oriented and structured clinic manager who can take full responsibility for the daily operations of our clinics in Eskilstuna.

We currently operate two clinics and are in a clear growth phase. The goal is to build a practice with high quality, strong patient focus, and efficient operations – where every day runs without unnecessary disruptions.

🔹 About the role

As clinic manager, you are responsible for the clinic functioning in practice – every day.

This means:

• the team is organized

• schedules work

• patients are handled correctly

• and the business achieves its goals

You work closely with the CEO, but are expected to be able to drive operations independently.

🔹 Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Daily operations – ensuring the clinic runs smoothly without interruptions or inefficiency

• Scheduling & occupancy – minimizing gaps and optimizing appointment books

• Personnel management – delegating tasks, following up, and ensuring performance

• Structure & routines – creating clarity in how work should be carried out

• Results & follow-up – monitoring production, identifying problems, and taking action

• Operational issues – solving situations as they arise

• Has experience from dental care (e.g., dental nurse, dental hygienist, or dentist)

or has relevant education/experience in leadership/management

• Has worked with responsibility, leadership, or coordination

• Is structured and takes initiative without waiting for instructions

• Has the ability to set requirements while creating a functioning team

• Thrives in an environment where pace, responsibility, and results are central
