Interim unit manager for municipal home care May-Aug

We are seeking a unit manager for a consulting assignment in municipal home care. The assignment involves operational leadership with responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment.

In this role, you work closely with operations and lead the daily work together with a colleague. The assignment requires a present leadership and a strong ability to create structure, collaboration, and stability in operations.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a manager in one or more of the following areas: Nursing homes, Home care, LSS or disability support, Individual and family care
• Experience in supervisory work within municipal home healthcare
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license (B) and access to a car

About the assignment

• Period from May 4 to August 31 with possibility of extension
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• The assignment covers approximately 33 employees
• Work is done in a team with another unit manager
• Remote work is not possible
