Interim Manager for Municipal Home Care, May-July

We are looking for a unit manager for a consultancy assignment in municipal home care. The assignment involves operational leadership with responsibility for staff, budget, and work environment.

In this role, you work closely with operations and lead the daily work together with a colleague. The assignment requires a present leadership style and a strong ability to create structure, collaboration, and stability in the operation.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a manager in one or more of the following areas: Nursing homes, Home care, LSS or disability support, Individual and family care
• Experience in supervision within municipal home healthcare
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Good collaboration skills
• Very good command of Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B and access to a car

About the assignment

• Period May 4 to August 31 with possibility of extension
• Full-time 40 hours per week
• The assignment covers approximately 33 employees
• Work is carried out in a team together with another unit manager
• Remote work is not possible
