Interim supervisor for consulting assignment in water and wastewater March-December

We are looking for a supervisor for Water and Wastewater in Fagersta/Norberg

We are seeking a committed and responsible supervisor to join the Water and Wastewater department team in both Fagersta and Norberg. The assignment includes driving and leading water and wastewater remediation projects and ensuring progress. Leading and following up on contractors and hired personnel. The role includes operational supervision, conducting work-related meetings, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

The assignment is full-time starting immediately until 31/12 with the possibility of extension.

• Experience in a relevant field, preferably from the public sector
• Structured and accustomed to planning and meeting deadlines
• Good stress tolerance and a positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communication skills and confidence in a leadership role
