
Business Strategist for IT Procurements
Description
The Care Office is responsible for services to elderly and people with disabilities. We work on behalf of the Care Committee and the Elderly Care Committee. You will belong to the Digitalization Unit, which is part of the Care Office's staff. The workgroup consists of colleagues who are IT coordinators, system administrators, welfare technicians, telephone managers, and business strategists.
Your duties
As one of the business strategists within the Care Office's staff, you will support the organization in digitalization issues and work on a mission-driven basis. Through creativity and engagement, you participate in the work to ensure that the organization's services are delivered and provide value to users. The role has a particular focus on IT systems and project management. You will be responsible for leading procurements and implementations within the Care Office, for example, our next operational system. Over time, the focus of projects may change depending on the different needs of the operations, for example mapping systems in the operations, leading projects within welfare technology, or leading co-creation projects with other municipalities.

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone with relevant university education in the field such as social scientist, social worker, lawyer, political scientist, nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or other academic education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
- Have knowledge and several years of experience in change and project management.
- Have documented experience in leading IT system procurements.
- You have knowledge of operations aimed at elderly and people with disabilities and have experience working in a politically governed organization.
Meritorious:

The Digitalization Unit is located in the town hall's modern premises close to the center and communications. We offer the possibility of remote work for part of the working hours.
