EMU Growth Partners is not a traditional accounting firm. We are our clients' most important growth partner and we deliver the tools needed for companies, associations, and foundations to succeed. About the role

As a Senior Consultant with us, you will have overall responsibility for your own customer portfolio. Your main task is to ensure that customers have full control of their finances, so they can focus on their core business.

Your main tasks will be:

• Overall responsibility for financial management and accounting for your clients (SME market).
• Preparation of annual accounts, tax returns, and reporting.
• Ongoing advisory and dialogue with your clients.
• Ensuring good communication with authorities and submitting necessary documentation.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous and enjoys working independently and is a star at communication. With us, there is room for different personalities; the most important thing is your dedication to the profession and your ability to build trust.

• Experience and education: At least 7 years of experience from an accounting firm or similar role. Do you have higher education or are you a certified accounting consultant? That is a plus, but we know that long and solid experience can often compensate for the lack of formal education. For us, it is your actual competence and confidence in the profession that counts the most.
• Language and communication: You are good at listening and conveying complex numbers in an understandable way. You are comfortable using both Swedish and English as professional working languages.
• System understanding: You are comfortable with digital tools and preferably have experience with cloud-based systems.
• Work style: You are meticulous and enjoy deep focus, but also like to share your knowledge with colleagues when needed.

Details

• Employment type: From September 1, permanent, 100%. (6-month probationary period)
• Workplace: Hybrid.
• Salary: Annual salary 500,000 – 720,000 SEK, based on experience and certification.
