Job description

From a cozy office in beautiful Benalmadena, Malaga, you plan and coordinate bookings, manage the company's customer service, and act as a link between our customers and the work team. We are looking for someone who is structured, service-minded, and creative.

In customer service, you are responsible for incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and calendar bookings.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Responding to calls and emails from our customers quickly and with a high level of service.
• Booking and coordinating work in the best possible way.
• Communicating information between customers and team leaders.
• Working proactively and with problem-solving.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive, and contributes to the work team. You are unpretentious and quick to learn new things. You will work with customers, so a strong sense of service is important. Working independently or in a group comes naturally to you, and you are good at juggling many tasks. You communicate well and clearly in Swedish speech and writing and are skilled at problem-solving and planning.
