About the role
As an Insurance Advisor in our customer service team, you will have a central role in guiding our customers to the right insurance solutions based on their unique needs. With us, every customer meeting is special; you meet customers by phone, digital channels, and sometimes during spontaneous visits to the office. Regardless of the contact method, your task is to represent our company and ensure that every customer receives a first-class experience.
An important part of your work is to identify customer needs and offer solutions that create security in everyday life. This means that you not only help customers with their questions but also actively work on selling our insurance products. By listening, asking the right questions, and providing professional advice, you ensure that every customer gets an insurance that suits them.
You become part of a dedicated team with colleagues at our offices in Luleå, Piteå, and Boden. Together, we offer our customers a complete portfolio of private insurance, such as pregnancy, child, car, and home insurance.

About you
We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to helping others and who thrives in a role where you can combine service with advice and sales. You are motivated by working towards clear goals and have a strong drive to do business, while always putting the customer's needs first. You are a problem solver who can quickly adapt to new situations and see changes as an opportunity for development.
As a person, you are communicative and have an easy time expressing yourself both orally and in writing, which allows you to create trust and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You enjoy working at a fast pace and have the ability to make independent decisions without compromising on the quality of your work. Previous experience in sales or customer service is meritorious, but we place the greatest importance on your personality and willingness to learn new things.
