We are looking for a Project Manager/Training Coordinator

About the role

As a project manager/training coordinator with us, you will work with development and training initiatives in the construction and civil engineering industry. The role is varied and involves responsibility for planning, implementing, and following up initiatives and projects – both independently and together with others.

We are in a development phase with close collaboration with upper secondary schools, universities, municipalities, regions, and industry organizations. This means many contact surfaces and requires that you are confident in different contexts and have an easy time creating and maintaining relationships.

An important part of the business is our two vocational higher education (YH) programs that we run together with Jönköping University School of Engineering. The role includes tasks related to these programs. We are looking for someone who can hold the whole together, drive several issues forward simultaneously, and ensure quality in delivery.

Your background

You have education or experience in one or more of the following areas:

– Project management

– Development work

– Collaboration between industry, university, and upper secondary school

– Vocational higher education (YH) (e.g., training manager)

– Construction-related areas such as construction technology, design, concrete technology, work environment, AMA, construction law, digital tools, or communication

– Educational administration

We are open to different types of backgrounds – the most important thing is that you have the right drive and willingness to contribute. The position can be structured as employment or a consulting assignment for you who run your own company.

About us

Jönköping County Master Builders' Association gathers companies and individuals in the construction and civil engineering industry in the region. We work with education, development, member activities, research support, and property management.

We run two vocational higher education programs together with Jönköping University School of Engineering and are involved in several initiatives that strengthen the industry and our members.
