Are you technically curious, enjoy helping people, and want a merit-worthy summer job in IT? We are now looking for two technically interested summer substitutes for our IT customer service team – one with Danish and one with Finnish as their main language.
You will become part of a social and secure team of 9 people supporting a large international client in the food industry.

About the role
As a technical customer service representative, you are a key point of contact for customers on the Finnish or Danish line, as well as Swedish and English cases.
Your main tasks include:
- Assisting customers with technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Logging and following up cases in our systems
- Troubleshooting problems and guiding customers clearly and pedagogically
- Working according to clear processes, routines, and knowledge articles
- Collaborating closely with your team and other technicians for the best customer experience

Language requirements
- Danish + Swedish + English or
- Finnish + Swedish + English
Meritorious (but not required)

Practical information
- Employment: 2 summer substitutes
- Extent: Full-time, 40 h/week
- Working hours:
- 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00
- 45 min lunch + 15 min break
- Location: Stockholm or Sundsvall
- Start: Summer 2026 (during the holiday period)
- Finnish training start: 22/6 – 3/7, work 6/7-31/7 (total 6 weeks)
- Danish training start: 18/5 – 29/5, work 1/6-31/7 (total 10.5 weeks)
