Receptionist as needed

We are looking for a receptionist for Vattnets Hus

Do you want to be the spider in the web in a house full of life, movement and well-being?

We are now looking for a receptionist on a temporary and as-needed basis that could become a permanent position in the fall. Do you want to help create first-class service and a welcoming experience for our guests – every day.

About the role

As a receptionist with us, you have a central role in the business. You coordinate the work in reception, shop and memberships, handle administrative tasks and are often the first and last person our guests meet. There is a lot happening here – therefore we are looking for someone who is confident, solution-oriented and thrives with responsibility.

You work both independently and together with colleagues and ensure that the workflow in the house runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Customer interaction and service in reception and shop
• Active sale of memberships
• Administration and work in the business system BRP
• Being a problem solver in daily work
• Ensuring high quality in service and interaction
• Helping where needed – including simpler cleaning if necessary

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Has documented experience in service and customer interaction.
• Is structured, communicative and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a role where the pace varies and many balls are in the air
• Is flexible, humble and supports the team when needed
• Has an interest or background in spa, training or health
• Thinks long-term about customer relationships, sustainability and profitability
• We would like you to be able to perform Aufguss, spa treatments, or lead water training or similar.

About the position

• Position as needed can be combined with other roles in the house.
• Working hours: daytime, evenings or weekends
• Start: as soon as possible
