German-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative

Every day, people use enormous amounts of water in their homes. Most of it goes straight down the drain. We have decided to change that.

With the Orbital Shower, we have developed technology that purifies and reuses water in real time. The result: dramatically lower water and energy consumption – without compromising comfort.

We are now looking for a German-speaking technical customer service representative who wants to help our customers across Europe get the most out of our technology.

Your role

You are often the first person our customers meet when they need help.

You listen. Understand the problem. And solve it.

You work closely with customers, installers, and our internal teams to ensure our systems work as intended – every day.

This is a role for someone who enjoys technology, people, and clear solutions.

What you will do

• Handle incoming technical support cases

• Troubleshoot and guide customers to the right solution

• Support planning and coordination of service actions

• Follow up on cases until the problem is resolved

• Contribute to a customer experience as good as our product

We believe you

• Speak and write fluent Swedish, English, and German

• Have a technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work

• Are clear, pedagogical, and confident in your communication

• Are structured and can prioritize when pace increases

• Thrive in an environment where things happen and develop quickly

Experience in customer service or technical support is meritorious.

Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is also meritorious.

About Orbital Systems

Orbital Systems is a Swedish cleantech company based in Malmö. We develop and produce advanced water solutions for homes, hotels, and properties.

Through real-time filtration and recirculation, Orbital Shower can reduce water usage by up to 90% and energy usage by up to 80% compared to traditional showers.
